Welcome Volunteers
Jump in and help – be a volunteer!
The Hershey's Track & Field Games are a success thanks to our many dedicated volunteers. If you love working with children and want to encourage physical fitness, please consider volunteering at an upcoming track & field event in your area. The time commitment is minimal – and the impact is great.
You can help by:
- Gathering equipment
- Running a registration desk
- Acting as Clerk of the Course
- Coordinating other volunteers
- Timing or measuring the events
- Serving as judge, official or announcer
How to become a volunteer
If you've decided you want to volunteer your time, start by finding an event in your area. Then contact the meet coordinator or state/provincial chair to get involved. If you decide to host an event, please refer to the Organizer's section.
Criteria and applications vary from community to community, background checks may be required.
