How to Get HERSHEY’S FASTRACK TO SPORTS™ Teaching Kit
Commit to Hosting a Hershey's Track & Field Games meet and complete the following steps...
- Click on Event Manager Login found on the bottom right hand corner of website homepage.
- Click "Register a New Account" and create your account profile as a Local Coordinator.
- Log back into Event Manager and register your event by going to Tools>Events>Add Event. Your event will be approved by your state/provincial coordinator. Once your event is approved, your request for the kit will be fulfilled.
- Log-in to event manager to access various forms to help you conduct your event by going to Tools>Meet Materials>Print or Customize.
- Any questions, contact your state/provincial coordinator (contact information found on your event manager homepage).
- Host a meet and have fun!!!
- After the event, log back into event manager and complete your meet results form and participation report.
Keep in mind...
A school can register their fun day/field day as a local meet and post the event as a "closed meet" on the public site. Your 1st thru 3rd place winners can advance to the next level of competition and potentially qualify for the North American Final held in Hershey, Pa in August (an all expense paid trip)!!
